Viv's solid background in photography and passion for food is a must for Tabletop directing. It has ensured he can direct the big picture whilst knowing how to build it up from the start technically, which saves time and gives quality results.
Jacqui Hing is one of Australia's leading food stylists for commercials and stills. Having worked for decades across virtually every food group imaginable, she brings with her a wealth of experience and an impeccable eye for detail.

As Sydney's premier cyclorama, our air conditioned Main Stage boasts a full ceiling pipe grid, wireless internet, catwalk and 24 hour security access.

Overlooking the Main Stage, the Client Lounge is a private haven that includes a private bathroom, conference table and live stage feed to a plasma TV.

Exclusively for internal productions, our full size kitchen is ideal for food shooting and preparation. On-site catering is also available through our relationship with Fringe Benefit.
Perfect for Carnival's research & development, testing, product shots and small shoots. Complete with client lounge, commercial kitchen and home to our Motion Control rig.

Within Carnival's facility is a range of specialised equipment through Red Apple Camera Rentals. There is both film and digital equipment along with the highest quality lenses. Choose from Alexa, RED or Arri cameras as well as the impressive Weisscam High Speed Camera. on Film or HD, from 1 - 10,000 fps, with perfectly accurate and timed moves.
